Terms & Conditions
Booking & Payments

A booking is confirmed once the required deposit or full payment has been received.

All prices are listed per person and are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD).

Where a payment plan is offered, all instalments must be paid by the specified due dates.

Failure to complete payment by the final due date may result in the booking being cancelled and any monies paid forfeited.
Cancellations & Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to the retreat commencement date may be eligible for a refund of monies paid, less the non-refundable deposit.

Cancellations made within 90 days of the retreat commencement date are non-refundable.
-
If a cancelled place can be filled from a waitlist, a partial refund may be offered at the discretion of Bound & Co.

Tickets and bookings may not be transferred without prior written approval.
Retreat Changes

While every effort is made to deliver the retreat as advertised, Bound & Co reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, accommodation allocation, activities, facilitators, guest authors, dining venues, transportation arrangements, and inclusions where reasonably necessary.

Such changes do not entitle guests to a refund.

Creating a warm, welcoming and inclusive environment is at the heart of every Bound & Co retreat. We ask all guests to treat one another with kindness, respect and consideration, helping ensure everyone feels comfortable, supported and able to enjoy the weekend. Should any behaviour negatively impact the experience of others, we reserve the right to address the matter and, where necessary, ask a guest to leave the retreat without a refund.
Accommodation

Room allocations are made on a first-booked basis within each room category.

As many retreat venues are historic or unique properties, room layouts, sizes, furnishings, and views may vary.

Requests for specific rooms will be considered where possible but cannot be guaranteed.

Guests booking shared accommodation may nominate a roommate or request to be paired with another guest.
Accessibility

Accessibility-friendly accommodation is available in limited numbers and must be requested prior to booking.

Bound & Co will make reasonable efforts to accommodate accessibility requirements where possible.
Dietary Requirements

Dietary requirements and allergies must be advised at the time of booking.

While every effort will be made to accommodate dietary needs, Bound & Co cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for arranging their own travel to and from the retreat unless otherwise specified.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow attendees, staff, facilitators, and venue personnel at all times.

Bound & Co reserves the right to remove any guest whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, or negatively impacts the experience of others. No refund will be provided in these circumstances.
Health & Wellbeing

Guests participate in retreat activities at their own discretion and are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in any optional activities.

Bound & Co accepts no responsibility for illness, injury, loss, damage, or personal expenses incurred during the retreat except where required by law.
Travel Insurance

Guests are strongly encouraged to obtain travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances including illness, injury, travel disruption, or cancellation.
Photography & Marketing

Photographs and videos may be taken during the retreat and used by Bound & Co for promotional and marketing purposes.

Guests who do not wish to appear in photographs should notify Bound & Co prior to the retreat.
Force Majeure

Bound & Co will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, severe weather events, government restrictions, public health emergencies, venue closures, or transportation disruptions.
